Frustration, anger over rising diesel prices

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. - Rising fuel prices continue taking their toll on everyone in every walk of life.

Dishing out plenty of dough just to fill up the tank sparks frustration, anger and outrage.

The high gas of regular gasoline is a problem for most but the high price of diesel is a problem for small companies.

David Joseph of Joseph Farms in Marshall County, Kentucky is feeling the financial burden of shelling out tens of thousands of dollars a month to fuel his trucks and farm equipment.

As for regular gasoline, AAA a is reporting the national average price for a gallon of gas is $3.91 and according to Gas Buddy, the highest average is $4.59 in Hawaii. The lowest is $3.60 in Wyoming.
