Marshall County intersection closed due to broken stoplights

MARSHALL COUNTY, KY - A set of stop lights in Marshall County, Kentucky are not working and could remain down for several days.

The stop lights are located at the intersection of Mayfield Highway and US Highway 641 South. The intersection is temporarily closed at this time, but will be reopened by 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday night.

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet personnel are on site with police and other emergency agencies at this time attempting to safely dismantle the signal to allow the roadway to reopen.

Four way stop signs will be in place until permanent repairs can be made.
