GRAVES COUNTY, KY. - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close KY 97 in Graves County on Thursday, May 24 for replacement of a cross drain.

KY 97 will be closed from the KY 339 intersection in Sedalia to the KY 94 intersection at Tri City.

The roadway is expected to close at about 8 a.m. Thursday. It will remain closed overnight, then is expected to reopen to traffic about 8 a.m. on Friday, May 25th.

There will be no marked detour. Motorists who regularly travel this section of KY 97 in Graves County should make advance alternate travel plans. Access will be maintained for local traffic only on each side of the closure point.
