Spot patching on Calloway County roads Monday and Tuesday
CALLOWAY COUTNY, Ky. - Spot patching work on several highways in Calloway County will require a closure and lane restrictions on Monday and Tuesday.
On Monday, April 23, KY 1660/Robertson Road will be closed at the intersection with KY 94 west of Murray. The closure of KY 1660 and lane restrictions on KY 94 are required to facilitate paving of the intersection.
Work at this site is expected to start immediately following the morning school bus run. Paving at the site should be complete and the roadway reopened by about 11:00 a.m., CDT.
Immediately following completion of the intersection work on Monday, the paving crew plans to move to KY 280 near the 5 mile marker at Wildcat Bridge. A section of the bridge approach will be paved at this location.
On Tuesday, April 24, the paving crew plans spot patching along KY 80 East of US 641 in Calloway County. This paving on KY 80 is to smooth the approach pavement at about 6 bridges along KY 80 between US 641 and the KY 94 Connector. One lane traffic will be required in these work zones.
