Died: August 16, 2013

Mr. James Earl \"Red\" Cash, age 80 of Mayfield, passed away at 3:40 P.M. Friday at his residence. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, a retired electrician with Local 816, a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Civil Air Patrol.

He is survived by his wife: Joyce Oliver Cash, two sisters: Peggy Boggess and Patricia Barton, Mayfield, one brother Edward Lynn Cash, Mayfield, two step daughters; Terri Halvachs and Lisa Blechle, both of Belleville, Il., five step grandchildren and one step great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents: Edward Earl and Veatrice Carrico Cash and a brother: W.L. \"Dub\" Cash.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with Revs. Eric and Kenneth Ballenger officiating.

Interment will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery.

Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour on Monday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield.
