Mr. Charles Wayne Wilson, age 73, of Fancy Farm, passed away at 7:30 P.M. Wednesday at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield.

He was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church and retired from the former General Tire Plant in Mayfield.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Annie O. Carrico Wilson, three sons: David Wayne Wilson, Fancy Farm, Charles Jeffrey (Cherri) Wilson, Paducah, Christopher Steven (Jill) Wilson, Melber, one daughter: Cindy Ann (Barry) Higgins, Dresden, TN. two sisters: Linda Givens, Mayfield and Judy (Tom) Hayden, Paducah. One brother; Kenny Ray (Joyce) Wilson, Mayfield. Five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Virgil and Lucille Shanks Wilson, two brothers: Veron Wilson and Tom Wilson. two sisters: Mary Rose Carlson and Betty Hendrickson and a great grandson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the St. Jerome Catholic Church in Fancy Farm with Rev. Darrell Venters officiating.

Interment will follow in the St. Jerome Cemetery.

Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m Saturday at the St. Jerome Catholic Church. The Brown Fueral Home in Mayfield is in charge of arrangemets.
