KUTTAWA, KY - Mrs. Pearl Duff, 91, of Kuttawa, passed away Monday, January 21, 2013, at the home of her daughter in Kuttawa.
Mrs. Duff was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was a former nurse's aide at Beverly Farms for the Disabled in Godfrey, IL and the former St. Joseph Hospital in Alton, IL.
She is survived by five sons, Jerry and wife Sally Duff, Justion and wife Geneva Duff, Jeffrey and wife Gail Duff, Dennis and wife Lori Duff, all of Kuttawa and David and wfie, Suzie Duff of Scottsdale, AZ: three daughters, Jeane and husband Bill Vinyard of Brighton, IL, Janice
and husband Tom Strack of Kuttawa and Jenette Shockley of Kuttawa; 25 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 20 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Thomas Calvin Duff; one son, Jackie Ray Duff; five sisters, Alene Bloodworth, Susie Lawrence, Rossie Trimm, Dorothy Dunnagan and Lois Forsytthe; three brothers, Robert, Woodrow and Cecil Forsythe. Her parents were Robert Lofton Forsythe and Clara Elliott Forsythe.
Visitation wil be 5:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Lakeland Funeral Home.
Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Lakeland Funeral Home Chapel in Eddyville with Rev. Randall Rogers officiating.
Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery in Lyon County.
