Lone Oak junior quarterback Cole Ousley is expected to miss five-to-seven weeks after he suffered a third-degree separation of his throwing shoulder.

Ousley hurt the shoulder Saturday night in a 28-12 loss to Paducah Tilghman. If Ousley misses all seven weeks, he would be scheduled to return October 12th against Hopkins Central. In his place, the Purple Flash will use freshman Zyaire Hughes at quarterback.

Lone Oak plays at Hopkinsville Friday night.
