BROOKLYN, Mich. (AP) - Danica Patrick says speed has never been too much of a problem for her. She's more concerned about the balance of her car.

With drivers breezing around the track this week around 200 mph on the newly repaved surface at Michigan International Speedway, Patrick was asked to compare these stock car speeds to the even quicker pace of IndyCar racing. She says 200 mph is impressive, but going 30 or 40 mph faster is significant.

Patrick's top speed for a full lap during Friday's Nationwide Series practice runs was just over 190. That was one of the fastest laps during Nationwide practice. Greg Biffle exceeded 204 mph during a Sprint Cup session in the afternoon.
