NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Tennessee Titans coach Mike Munchak says all the facts need to be gathered before the fate of wide receiver Kenny Britt can be determined.

Britt was charged with driving under the influence last week at Fort Campbell, Ky., his eighth run-in with the law since the Titans drafted him in 2009.

Munchak says team officials have talked with Britt and he is aware that "we are very disappointed" in the recent development.

The head coach says the league has a policy that addresses player conduct and it is being followed.
