Through their travels, the Murray State Racers have seen a lot of things, and eaten at a lot of different restaurants. But the location of their dinner on Wednesday night, may very well take the cake.

All eight teams playing in the Charleston Classic were served food upon the USS Yorktown, an aircraft carrier that was built during World War II.

"It's real awesome, just to see all the history," said senior guard Isaiah Canaan. "To see all the people that's on the hall of fame, and to see these different airplanes that are inside the boat, it's a great experience, and it's going to be good for our team.  This is a time that you won't forget."

"I think this is one of the biggest things I've ever been to, to get to see all the history and look around and look at all the veterans and things like that, it's just awesome," admitted senior forward LaTreze Mushatt.
