MURRY, Ky - The Murray State Racers have until this Saturday to prepare for their next opponent, Valparasio.

The Racers are coming off of their first road loss since March of 2012 in a 77 to 68 defeat at Dayton. The Flyers outscored Murray by 14 in the second half after the Racers led at the half.

Following the loss the Racers fly out of Dayton headed home for the holidays. Each player will return to campus on Wednesday for practice. In that time Steve Prohm will be looking at every area that the Racers need to improve on before their next game.

"How can we play better in transition, how can we hit our shots, how can we defend better," Coach Prohm asked himself after the Dayton loss.

"Thinking back on the game kind of makes you sick. We had the game and even took the lead at the end with a three and gave it away. Now its just a matter of going back and fixing what we did wrong."
