LYON Co, KY -
The new owners of the old Eddyville Outlet Mall are talking about the changes they'd like to make in the future.
According to the Herald Ledger, the project manager told city council members on Monday that they plan to spend up $500,000 on improvements to the facility. Those include removing the front courtyard for more parking, repaving the current parking lot, and replacing the plumping and doors inside the stores.
The plan is for the sale of the outlet mall to officially close within the next couple of weeks. The new owners say the renovations they have planned will be able to start after that.
