Ingredients 4 cups frozen baby carrots, thawed 3 Tbsp Butter ½ cup bourbon ¼ cup honey Salt and pepper to taste
Directions Melt butter in large skillet until browned. Add in your thawed baby carrots and toss to coat with the butter. Cook for 3 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat pour in bourbon, flame off. Once flame has subsided add in honey. Continue to cook over low heat until carrots are softened and glazed. Adjust salt and pepper and serve.
