Kids Vs. Old Technology & Seniors Vs. New Technology

PADUCAH, Ky - Remember the days when you used to wait for your favorite song to come on the radio and hit record really quick to copy the song on to a cassette tape? Maybe you had a bag phone in your car for emergencies? You may have listened to World War II news on a tube radio or "Elvis" on your record player.

Most kids have never lived with any of this kind of technology. Your grandchildren and children probably know how to play games, download music and navigate an iPad or iPhone effortlessly. We resurrected some "older" technology and showed it to kids at summer camp at the Plex.

We also turned the tables to find out what new technology seniors at the Paducah Senior Center knew about.
