A Paducah building that's more than 100 years old will soon be taken down.
At the city commission meeting Tuesday night, leaders agreed to sell the building on North 4th Street to Martin and Crystal Troutt.
The Troutts plan to take down the building and build a store that will take you back in time.
"Moon pies, RC Cola, jams and jelly, Amish noodles, Amish popcorn just a bit of everything," said Crystal Troutt.
The Troutts offered a $1 bid for the building and proposed to demolish it.
After the demolition, they would spend $254,000 to build their new store.
