 1. The White House says video showing ISIS beheading American journalist Steven Sotloff is real. Sotloff is the second American killed by ISIS in recent weeks.

2. A group that helps injured police in Kentucky says more signs are needed to remind drivers about the state's Move Over law. A trooper is in the hospital after being hit by a car during a traffic stop on Saturday.

3. A cease-fire agreement between Ukraine and Russia was announced overnight. Ukraine's forces have fought with Russian-backed separatists since April.

4. Several teenagers remain missing after escaping from a juvenile detention facility in Nashville. Thirty teens left the facility through a hole in the fence.

5. Another American doctor working in west Africa has tested positive for Ebola. The doctor worked with pregnant women in Liberia.

6. The state fire marshal says the cause of a July fire in downtown Murray is still not known. The city will demolish the damaged buildings by November 1.
