The weather is getting cooler and that means families will have to start heating their homes.To help with the cost of keeping a home warm, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, or LIHEAP, is starting up again in western Kentucky.West Kentucky Allied Services, Inc. will begin taking applications for heating assistance in November.Applications are taken alphabetically by last name.
