Patton said, "He was certainly an exceptional person and you have every right to be proud of him and he will not be forgotten not be forgotten by the people of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and I was blessed to of called them him friend."
Closing the ceremony was brother Joel Frizzell who spoke of Miller's love for his family, his faith, and his people. Frizzell reflected what many questioned with Miller's passing, 'How do you replace Mike Miller?' and offered a prayer in the spirit of doing right by Miller.
After the service, all service departments, friends, and family followed the procession to Judge Miller's internment in Hardin at Pace Cemetery.
There has been no replacement named for Judge Miller as of now.
