A new poll shows that Kentuckian's opinions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) are divided nearly equally.
The poll, conducted by the Foundation for a Health Kentucky and Interact for Health, shows that 41% of Kentuckians polled have an unfavorable view of the ACA, 39% have a favorable view, and 20% were unsure.
The poll also showed that a majority of Democrats had a favorable view of the ACA, while a majority of Republicans had an unfavorable view.
The findings in the poll are similar to national views of the healthcare law. A national poll conducted in October showed that 43% of respondents had an unfavorable view of the ACA, while 36% had a favorable view and 20% did not know.
