PALM BEACH, Florida (AP) -
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal is calling congressional Republican leaders "fearful" of acting to fully repeal President Barack Obama's health care law.
Speaking to reporters Saturday at the Club for Growth's winter meeting in Florida, Jindal says Republicans in Washington are not acting on the key issue of the 2014 midterm elections.
Jindal says he thinks GOP leadership in Congress and other lawmakers are fearful of being criticized "for putting anything out there that could be attacked." He asks why there hasn't been a vote yet.
Republicans captured the Senate, including almost every targeted race, and enlarged their House majority in part by campaigning against the health care law, Obama's signature domestic accomplishment.
Jindal is one of six Republican presidential prospects speaking to the anti-tax Club for Growth this week.
