Teacher cited for pot possession in March no longer employed by Graves County Schools
The Graves County High School teacher cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a drug search of the school and parking lot on March 31 is no longer employed by the school system, according to Superintendent Kim Dublin.
Dublin said teacher and soccer coach Zach Sims is no longer employed with the school system as of Monday, April 13, but wouldn't offer further comment on the nature of the separation.
Sims was initially suspended with pay through April 12, Graves County Schools Public Relations Coordinator Paul Schaumburg said on March 31.
