POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -

Two women were arrested for allegedly spray painting anti-police graffiti in Poplar Bluff.

The Poplar Bluff Police Department says on Thursday officers responded to several different locations with graffiti.

The graffiti depicted a police officer "emoji" with a handgun pointed at his head. In one instance, a message "GUNS+CHURCH BUT WHERE IS GOD?" was found.

Early Friday morning, the Poplar Bluff Police Department and the Butler County Sheriff's Office went to a home in Butler County.

Officers arrested 22-year-old Crystal Glass of Ellsinore and 21-year-old Hannah Allison of Poplar Bluff.

Both were charged with 2nd degree property damage and released.
