Here are six things to know for today.

North and South Korea agreed to hold reunions next month of families separated by the Korean war. About 100 people will be reunited with their relatives on October 20 - 26.

Even thought they are dealing with a financial crisis of their own, Greece is helping with the migrant crisis in Europe. Overnight, Greece picked up 500 migrants. Germany and Sweden, two of the top destinations for people seeking new homes in Europe, will meet today to discuss solutions to the crisis.

Queen Elizabeth II is set to become Britain's longest reigning monarch tomorrow, surpassing her great-great-grandmother Queen Victoria. The queen celebrated her diamond jubilee in 2012 after 60 years on the throne.

A huge upset at the U.S. Open. Number three ranked Andy Murray of Britain is defeated by number 15 ranked Kevin Anderson from South Africa. The match would go four set with Anderson winning 7 to 6 in the tie breaker.

Most people would be happy to throw out the first pitch,  but not Grumpy Cat. The famous feline needed a little help from some friends but got the ball there, In true Grumpy Cat fashion, she did not seem the least bit impressed by all the attention.
