Here are six things to know for today.

Pope Francis has a busy day ahead of him. This morning he will have a meeting at the White House. He will then go to St. Matthews Cathedral where he will meet with 300 bishops from across the U.S. Tomorrow the Pope is expected to speak to Congress.

New York Yankees icon and baseball hall of famer Yogi Berra has died. Major league baseball and his charitable foundation made the announcement early this morning. Yogi Berra was 90 years old.

Voters in one section of McCracken County cast their ballots in a special election. The owners of Blooms N' Gardens requested the vote. With a vote of 26 to 18, businesses in the Williams precinct will be allowed to serve alcohol.

There's another chance for you to help out Trooper Cameron Ponder's family. He was the Kentucky State Police trooper shot and killed after a high speed chase in Lyon County. There will be a fundraiser this Thursday at the Backyard Burgers in Paducah in Murray. A portion of the sales will go to Ponder's family.

Today's the last day to vote for Baptist Health Paducah in the Pink Glove Dance competition. The hospital is currently in second place. Click here to vote.
