PADUCAH, KY -

You can help victims of domestic violence and get rid of your old cell phones.

As part of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, West Kentucky Community and Technical College will be participating in the HopeLine Project.

The HopeLine Projects collects unwanted cell phones, batteries, chargers, and accessories and recycles them.

Money made from the recycled phones is then given to support domestic violence awareness and prevention.

WKCTC will be collecting the phones between October 12 and November 13.

Phones and their accessories can be dropped off at the Paducah campus at the following locations:
- Anderson Technical Building
- Allied Health Building
- Student Center
- Matheson Library
- Crounse Hall
- Waller Hall
- Nemer Building

A drop box will also be available at the college's Skilled Craft Training Center in Hickory.
