Police say 37-year-old Melissa Todd, of the 400 block of Ward Street, has been missing since around 2 p.m. Tuesday. Her husband, Dalvin Todd, told police Wednesday that he hadn't seen his wife since he left her sitting in their car the previous day.

The car was parked in the 400 block of South 6th Street. Dalvin Todd said when he returned to the car, Melissa Todd was gone, along with cash, prescription medications and a cell phone.

Dalvin Todd told police his wife has a heart condition and hasn't been taking her medication.

Police say they don't have a photo of Melissa Todd at this time, but she is described as white, standing 5 feet, 7 inches, and is of medium build. She has brown hair and blue eyes. She has a large scar from heart surgery and tattoos on her foot and leg. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a T-shirt.
