PADUCAH, KY -

The Paducah Police Department announced Monday it now has two websites citizens can used to get police reports, doing away with mailing reports.

The websites are buycrash.com for accident reports and buycrimes.com for crime reports. You can also get records in person at the police station. The records unit is open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Police say the websites allow you to download copies of reports and print them yourself. No account is needed, and you can pay using a credit card or a PayPal account.  Both types of reports are usually available 24 to 48 hours after they're completed.

The police department also announced it has expanded hours for fingerprint services from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Previously, the service was only available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
