The FBI says Lavoy Finicum's vehicle tried to maneuver around the roadblock and got stuck in the snowbank. That's when Finicum got out of the truck, reached towards his pocket, and was shot.
The Chicago police officer charged with shooting and killing Laquan McDonald will appear before a judge today. Jason Van Dyke turned himself in after video allegedly showed him shooting the teen 16 times. Van Dyke pleaded not guilty.
There will be a pre-trial hearing today for Jeffrey Conrad. He's accused of killing Garlon Casey Cox, shooting him in the head. Conrad said Cox was robbing his storage unit in the Reidland area and shot Cox in defense on his female friend.
