Here are six things to know for today.

A decision on whether to renovate or rebuild Paducah's city hall could come soon. The City Hall Schematic Advisory Group will meet with RATIO Architects tomorrow to get an update on the project. They'll also present how much it would cost, how long it would take, and decide on the project's next steps.

Paducah police are looking for a 13-year-old who left his home on Pecan Drive Monday. 13-year-old Robert Phillips was last seen in a black Chicago Bulls hoodie, dark jeans, glasses, and black sock cap. He may be in the Lone Oak Manor. If you see Robert, call Paducah police at (270) 444/8550.

The World Health Organization has declared the Zika virus an international public health emergency. The WHO predicts up to 4 million people could be infected with the mosquito borne virus over the next year.

Bill Cosby is due in court today. His lawyers will ask a judge to throw out the only criminal case filed against the Cosby from the dozens of accusations that he molested women.

"Thursday Night Football" will air on both CBS and NBC next season. The NFL announced it had agreed to a two-year deal with the networks. CBS and NBC will each air five Thursday matchups in 2016 and 2017.

The world's second most famous meteorologist made his big forecast this morning. Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow, so that means an early spring.
