Here are six things to know for today.

The last four armed protesters of an Oregon wildlife refuge will be in court today after surrendering yesterday, ending the 41 day standoff. In total, 16 people are facing criminal charges related to the standoff.

Murray State University students plan to march at Frankfort later this month in opposition of Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin's proposed 9% cuts to higher education funding. The march is planned for Monday, February 29.

Ryan Champion will be back in court today for a pre-trial conference. He's charged in connection with the deaths of his sister, parents, and another man. Champion is facing murder, complicity to murder, and kidnapping charges in Trigg County.

Ryan Champion's ex-girlfriend, Ann Plotkin, will also be in court today for a pre-trial hearing. Prosecutors say Champion and Plotkin plotted with Vito Riservato on a murder for hire scheme with Riservato killing Lindsay, Joe, and Emily Champion.

Emergency managers in Illinois will have more time to assess damage from flooding last month. They now have until February 26 to request federal help. The deadline was originally today.
