NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -

A final autopsy report confirms that a 2-year-old West Tennessee boy who was the subject of a weeklong search died of hypothermia and that his death was an accident.

WTVF-TV in Nashville says the report from Dr. David Zimmerman of the Center for Forensic Medicine there said there was no sign of violent trauma or broken bones or any evidence of poisoning in the death of Noah Chamberlin of the Pinson community.

Authorities had previously indicated they believed the death was an accident.

The child's body was found Jan. 21 in a clearing in the woods near his home. The boy went missing during a walk with his grandmother and 4-year-old sister.
