Here are six things to know for today.

Closing arguments and jury deliberations are expected today in the murder trial against Jeffrey Conrad. He's the man charged with the murder in the death of Casey Cox at a Reidland storage facility.

We'll have a crew in the courtroom for Trevon Elmore and Casside Cherry's pretrial conferences. They're the two teenagers charged with attempted murder, accused of leaving their newborn infant in a dumpster last summer.

The first family is in Cuba today, marking the start of their historic visit. Today the president will lay a wreath at the Jose Marti memorial and visit the revolutionary palace with President Raul Castro.

All but one of the presidential candidates will be in Washington today speaking to a pro-Israel conference. Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is not one of them. The meeting comes just one day before more primaries in Utah and Arizona for Republicans. Democrats in Iowas will also caucus tomorrow.

The local boy hit by a car last May will undergo a surgery today to insert a medicine pump. The pump will distribute medicine that will help Zack Pittman relax his muscles, especially in his hands and fingers.

Today is the final day that Missourians can apply for federal disaster aid due to the winter flooding. The Federal Emergency Management Agency says you have until midnight to register for two types of federal assistance. You can register online at www.disasterassistance.gov or by calling 800-621-3362.
