Here are six things to know for today.

Fourteen people are dead after an overpass collapsed in India this morning. More than 100 people are missing and rescue workers are digging through the rubble to find survivors.

Salah Abdeslam is ready to work with French authorities. He is the prime suspect in the November Paris attacks. His attorney said Abdeslam wants to be transferred from Belgium to France. 130 people died in the Paris attack.

Kentucky budget talks will start again this morning. House and Senate leaders failed to reach an agreement after a series of meetings yesterday.

Jerry Walker's trial resumes today with more testimony. We're told his daughter will take the stand. The former Paducah Middle School Assistant Principal is accused of meeting his girlfriend in Louisville and using school money to pay for the trip.

A Bald Eagle will be able to fly again. The Broadbent Wildlife Sanctuary in Marshall County helped an eagle rehab a fractured wing. It will be released back into the wild this morning.

March Madness lived up to its billing, filled with crazy upset and crazy finishes. Now it is time for the main event: North Carolina, Oklahoma, Villanova, and Syracuse are in the final four this weekend.
