Dalzell then left the Falls of Rough airport around 11:20 a.m. and never returned to the Owensboro airport.

His last cell phone activity ping was at 11:32 a.m. and was within five miles of the Fall of Rough airport.

Dalzell is a white man, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 175 pounds with gray hair and hazel eyes.

He was flying a 2012 Green Aero Criquet Bogota fixed wing plane with tail number N429BB.
