Shelter for storm victims opening in Hardin, Kentucky

HARDIN, Ky. -
Marshall County Emergency Management Director Curt Curtner says a shelter is opening at Hardin City Park — located off of High School Street in Hardin, Kentucky — Thursday night.
Curtner says several mobile homes in Harden have significant water damage, and the Red Cross is coordinating the relief effort with the city and Marshall County Emergency Management.
Pets are not allowed. The shelter is free for families who cannot stay in their homes due to this week's storms. It has not been announced exactly what time the shelter opens or how long it will be open. We will update you with that information when it is announced.
