LIVINGSTON COUNTY, KY -

A man wanted in connection to a store burglary in Livingston County also faces drug trafficking charges after sheriff's deputies made a search of his home, according to the Livingston County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies responded to a call at the Dollar General in Livingston County on Wednesday, because a set of store keys was reported stolen. On Thursday, deputies responded to a reported burglary at the same store.

Deputies say 30-year-old Brandon Phillips of Ledbetter was recorded on surveillance video stealing the keys and in the burglary.

Deputies got an arrest warrant for Phillips and a search warrant for his home on Thursday. The sheriff's department says Phillips was taken into custody without incident.

An indoor marijuana grow operation was found during the search of Phillips' home, deputies say, along with multiple firearms, cash, the stolen store keys from the dollar store, methamphetamine, marijuana, and the clothes deputies say Phillips was seen wearing on the video surveillance.

Phillips was jailed in the McCracken County Regional Jail on charges of theft by unlawful taking under $500, third degree burglary, firearm enhanced first degree trafficking in methamphetamine, firearm enhanced trafficking in less than five marijuana plants, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and third degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
