Here are six things to know for today.

The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the teen who attacked a family on a German train with an ax. Police found a letter in the teen's room pledging his allegiance to ISIS.

Turkey's president says if parliament wants to bring back the death penalty, he would approve it. They are considering capital punishment for the military leaders behind last weekend's coup attempt.

There will be no autopsy for Jesse Nickens. He is the man from Almo, Kentucky who died after going under in Kentucky Lake. Marshall County's deputy coroner did request a toxicology report but it could be weeks before those results are in.

Melania Trump is under fire for allegedly ripping part of her RNC speech from a speech First Lady Michelle Obama made eight years earlier. Melania told NBC's Matt Lauer she wrote the speech herself.

The old Eggners Ferry Bridge will come down in six days. Crews plan to implode it right at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, July 25...weather permitting.

A hearing is underway to determine whether Russia's entire athletics team will be banned from the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro over doping. Since the World Anti-Doping Agency first accused Russia of systematic doping in November, leading athletes, coaches, and officials have been suspended over drug use.
