A priest and two attackers are dead after a hostage situation at a church in Normandy, France earlier Tuesday morning. We still don't know the motivation behind the attack.

Police are questioning a suspect in connection to an officer who was shot in a Los Angeles suburb overnight. Luckily, he was only hit in the arm and is expected to be ok.

The Pentagon is giving United States Diplomats in Turkey approval to leave the country immediately. This comes after thousands of arrests by Turkey's government in retaliation for a failed coup two weeks ago.

Some Bernie Sanders supporters are upset after his speech at the DNC Monday night. Sanders endorsed his former rival Hillary Clinton but acknowledged he is still disappointed.

Also at the DNC, leaders are urging veteran senator from Illinois, Dick Durbin, to run for Governor in 2018. Durbin says he wants to focus on the duties he was elected to handle for now.
