A Graves County grand jury did not take any action Thursday regarding an incident involving three Paducah police officers in January, according to Commonwealth Attorney David Hargrove.
In January, Graves County sheriff's deputies responded to a home on West Vaughn Road after bullets hit a man's home. Paducah police said their officers were training in the area.
The Kentucky State Police Crime Lab later found the bullets that hit the home were fired from Paducah police rifles.
Hargrove says the grand jury found the incident did not rise to the level of criminal action.
