An Elizabethtown man was arrested on charges regarding two July burglaries, according to the Marshall County Sheriff's Department.

Henry Shuford is facing charges from three different law enforcement agencies Wednesday, and a warrant for a man accused of being his accomplice is pending.

Marshall County deputies say more than $6,000-worth of equipment was taken in a burglary of the Fairdealing Olive Fire Department in Marshall County on July 3, and $9,000-worth of equipment was stolen from the Lowes Fire Department in Graves County on July 19. They say the Graves County Sheriff's Office got a tip that led to a joint investigation among the two sheriff's offices and the Elizabethtown Police Department.

Shuford is charged with burglary in Graves County, receiving stolon property in Elizabethtown, and third degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking over $500 in Marshall County.

Marshall County deputies say a man accused of being an accomplice to the crimes, Ryan Underwood of Radcliff, faces a charge of complicity to burglary.
