Jared Fogle is filing a lawsuit against the parents of one of his victims. He blames the parents for their daughter's destructive behaviors. Fogle says the parents fought with each other and abused alcohol in front of the girl. She is suing Fogle for damages.
The Graves County Sheriff's Office is looking for Elizabeth Beck-Story. She is wanted for kidnapping her six-month-old child. The sheriff believes the child may be in danger.
Brock Turner is scheduled to be released from prison today. The 20-year-old was sentenced in June to six months in prison for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman. He is getting out of jail after serving three months of his sentence. At the time there was outrage by many who thought the sentence was too lenient.
Samsung says it is suspending sales of its Galaxy Note 7 smartphone after finding batteries of some of the gadgets exploded while they were charging. Samsung said it had confirmed 35 such cases, caused by faulty batteries.
