An anonymous donor has replaced an American flag that was stolen from in front of the Paducah Police Department, officers announced Tuesday.

The theft happened last week. The flag was one of about 10 flags that were reported stolen.

On it's Facebook page on Tuesday, the police department said, thanks to a man who wanted to remain anonymous, "Old Glory is flying once again at the Paducah Police Department."

A suspect in the case was recorded on surveillance video, as was a truck police believe he was driving. To see those images and more on this story, click here
