A man charged with murder in Hickman is expected to be in court this morning. Kentucky State Police say William Jamison got into a fight with Mark Williams Saturday in a field off of KY 94. Deputies say Jamison shot and killed Williams.
Hurricane Matthew is heading toward Haiti with maximum sustained winds of 130 mph. The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami says the powerful Category 4 storm is expected to cross over or be close to the southwestern tip of Haiti late today or early tomorrow. Residents are bracing for flash floods and violent winds.
