Tripp - scarf with uniform

Christmas to Afghan babies from So. IL

My daughter, Stefane "Brooke" Tripp is serving in the Air Force, and is currently assigned as a med-tech in a clinic in rural Afghanistan. My niece, Ally Alvis, recently sent out this email to her co-workers at Union County Hospital.
"Hello everyone! My cousin is currently on a tour of duty in Afghanistan. She is currently working with a PA in an OB-GYN clinic. Her duties mostly deal with pregnant women. Last week while talking to her on Skype I asked if there was something I could send her while she was there. Without hesitation her answer was the most unselfish thing I have ever heard. She ask for items to help the women and babies in her clinic. She asked for receiving blankets, bibs, newborn clothing, as well as towels for assisting with the deliveries. She stated that they are using rags to clean the babies and assist during deliveries. After some discussion, we would like to take donations to be shipped to her and her medical unit. Donations can be dropped off between now and December 10th. There will be a donation box located in the chapel. Please see Barn Boviall or I if you have questions."
The employees there donated three large boxes of items which were mailed to my daughter.
