Thank you volunteers. thank you EMTs and Responders, 911 persons. thank you Army Corp. So sorry this one missed the ROAD CLOSED signs and had to put a wrecker guy in danger to rescue "I can't swim can you help me?"
What part of the road was closed did she miss? The sign or the water over the road?
