"Education Day":

Graves Schools welcome Leadership Class

Graves County Schools’ Superintendent Pete Galloway (far left) is shown speaking to a portion of the Leadership Mayfield-Graves County Class at Graves County High School. The group ate a lunch a culinary arts class had prepared, heard a string quintet play, and toured WGCE-TV studios. Every other year, the Mayfield-Graves County Community Education program leads emerging community leaders on tours of various aspects of the community. “Education Day” also included visits to Mid-Continent University, the Mayfield Independent School District, and the West Kentucky Community and Technical College Skills Training Center.
