Classical guitarist Terry Pazmino of Ecuador is shown playing for students at Graves County High School recently. GCHS teacher Eva Reid, who teaches the Spanish language to students, invited and hosted him at the school. Parzmino has been playing guitar for more than 50 years. He has toured five continents and recently performed at Carnage Hall. He is currently touring the United States, including concerts in New York and Boston. “We’re very lucky to have him as our guest and thank Mrs. Reid for arranging his visit here,” said Graves County Schools Performing Arts Center manager Donna Gream. “Hearing from another culture is always interesting and his instrumental skill is world class. Our students enjoyed his performance so much, they gave him a standing ovation.”
