Landann Brown of Sedalia and Nicholas Shelton of Symsonia collaborate on a project. They are two of the Graves County elementary students identified as gifted and talented in various ways who met for the first time as a district-wide group recently. Graves County Gifted and Talented Co-ordinator Amanda Henderson and Middle School teachers offered the students some guidance, lots of Legos, a little technology, and the chance to use their imaginations. Henderson said they designed some creative projects and will meet again to benefit from the interaction.
