Just thought it was interesting that the inspection was done in August yet this video was taken in November. I don't understand why the DOT brought so many spans across the bridge, knowing very well what condition it was in. Now we have a restriction, which is understandable, but how much more damage was done after the inspection, by these spans. It was okay for them to push the limit but now our access to quick hospital care has been restricted. There should be more done to get our new bridge up and running, before we have a very large tragedy on our hands.
